**1. Eligibility**
1.1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached!
**2. Time Frame**
2.1. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
**3. How to Initiate a Return**
3.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of your return package.
**4. Returns Process**
4.1. After receiving your RA number, please package your item securely and send it to the address we will provide.
4.2. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).
**5. Refunds**
5.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
